My therapy style is warm, interactive, direct, and positive. I focus on helping you to find inner strength, resilience, and compassion for yourself as you work to create changes that you are desiring in your life. I utilize an integrative approach to treatment with clients based on individual needs, including evidence-based models primarily including cognitive behavioral therapy and family systems therapy. In order to work together productively, we will collaboratively create a space where you can be heard, feel valued, and be appropriately and effectively challenged.
